• Signature Parties (Mermaid, Pirate, Princess themes in-studio)

• Trending Parties (Rotating options around current trends like The Era’s Tour and Sea Spa Party)

• VIP Bespoke Parties (fully customized, top-tier experience. If you have something in mind you don't see, choose VIP!)

All parties can be booked online. Once your date is reserved, a team member will follow up to help customize your experience. You can also call us directly to book over the phone.

All of our parties are all-inclusive and feature:

• Character entertainment

• Dress-up and themed makeovers

• Signature crafts or premium upgrades

• Food and drink for the children

• Full setup, hosting, and clean-up
  

Each party type has different styling, activities, and decor depending on the package you choose.

Yes! You bring the cake, we've got the rest- including kids food!

If you'd like to bring outside food for the parents lounge, you’ll need to add a Lounge Food Package. Alcohol is allowed only with our bartender, we do have a bar and bar seating in the lounge.

Our in-studio venue can accommodate up to:

• 18 children total for 2.5-hour parties

• 12 children total for 2-hour parties

Additional adults are welcome in house- though we do limit the adult count depending on how many children for capacity purposes.

We try to be as flexible as we can, we know things happen with kids! Deposits are non refundable, but usually transferrable. Please see our rescheduling and cancellation policy at checkout. Changes are subject to availability and must follow policy timelines.

Our parties are designed for the children included in your guest count. Siblings are welcome to observe or be added as official guests for full participation (makeover, lunch, etc.) at the additional child rate.

We do not include cakes or cupcakes, but you're welcome to bring your own! We'll provide serving assistance and can recommend local bakeries if needed- even ones that deliver!

Our venue is already fully themed and styled according to your package, so additional decorations are not necessary. If you'd like to bring custom signage, balloons, or decor, please contact us first for approval, this is typically only available with VIP parties.

No need! We handle all setup and styling based on your package. We ask that guests arrive no more than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so we can preserve the magic of your party reveal.

We have an excellent in house photographer- you'll see much of his work on our website! We highly recommend a photographer so you can relax knowing everything is being documented.

We do not have an in house videographer but we do have recommended vendors for both full videography and content creation.

Yes! All parties are completely private and include full access to our venue and cast during your reserved time.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and one of our team members will reach out to walk you through the next steps. We’ll help finalize details like characters, upgrades, and any custom touches you’d like to add.

Not at all! Booking your date secures your time and date- which is most important! We’ll guide you through customizing your party afterward, even changing your package if need be—so don’t worry if you haven’t figured out all the details yet like guest count, characters etc.

Deposits are non-refundable, but in many cases may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled within our policy window. Full reschedule and cancellation terms are provided at checkout.

The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event. We’ll send you a final invoice ahead of time and confirmation with everything you need to know.

Our parties are high energy, so comfortable clothes are best, especially for dress-up and spa treatments. Most of our parties include dress up, so easy to change items or cloths you can wear under costumes are ideal

Yes — the styles are designed to be swimmable and last throughout your day at the park. However, please note we cannot re-do hair once a service is complete, even if it loosens due to water activity.
